The building is a 3-story concrete and steel structure with precast concrete and aluminum faced composite wall panel cladding. With a total floor area of approximately 24,248 square feet, this project is designed to accomodate the Supportive Teacher Education Proram (STEP), a teacher preparation program for LCC.

The facility includes seven classrooms, two case study/seminar rooms, a large dividable lecture hall, a student resource center and a teacher education office suite. The project requires achievement in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
